Brewarrina Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from community members wishing to apply for accommodation in Council’s two‑bedroom aged care units.

These units are designed to support older residents who are seeking safe, stable and accessible accommodation within Brewarrina. EOIs are open to individuals or couples who meet the eligibility requirements for aged care unit housing.

Applicants will be required to complete Council’s Aged Care Unit Accommodation Application Form. This form will be available for download on Council’s website and must be submitted with all required supporting documents, including proof of identity and evidence of income.

Council will assess EOIs based on the information provided in the application form, including current living circumstances, household composition, income, references, and any additional information relevant to housing needs.

Late submissions cannot be accepted.
