Brewarrina Shire Council is seeking tenders for the construction and delivery of four (4) two-bedroom quality modular homes or equivalent for staff housing to be located at 27-33 Bourke Street, Brewarrina.
Separate quotations, which may or may not be included in the Tender for transportable homes, are also invited for the supply of four (4) single car garages and Colourbond fencing for each of the four (4) home-sites.
Interested builders must obtain a copy of the tender specification available for download HERE, complete the tender proposal and include floor plans for the designs (suggested three or more possibilities), details of PC items and allowances, and at least two recent references for similar work undertaken.
