Service NSW
The Brewarrina Shire Council acts as an agent for Service NSW (formerly the Roads and Traffic Authority). This service is offered within the front admin office of Council.
Services include motor vehicle and boat licenses and registrations, firearms transactions, NSW Seniors Card transactions, NSW Fair Trading transactions, NSW Housing applications and transactions, NSW DPI – Fisheries Licence, NSW Births, Deaths and Marriages certificates, NSW National Parks and Wildlife National Park passes.
Hours of Operation:
Monday and Friday: 8:30 to 1:00 then 2:00pm to 4:00pm (closed for lunch 1pm – 2pm)
Human Services
The Brewarrina Shire Council acts as an agency for Centrelink and offers Centrelink facilities and free WIFI from the Brewarrina Library, located at the Council offices. Centrelink is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm for customer self-serve access to the Centrelink computers and phones.
Customer services staff can assist you with online services, creating Mygov accounts, sending and uploading documentation. To make an appointment or to find out more information please telephone 02 6830 5107 to speak to one of Councils helpful Staff members.
